Ondarre 7 Parcelas Blanco White wine

Ondarre 7 Parcelas Blanco is made with 100% Tempranillo Blanco grapes. Made with grapes from 7 different soils scattered throughout the municipality of Viana, between 400 and 700 meters of altitude. This variety of soils found and the predominant south orientation give rise to Ondarre 7 Parcelas Blanco with unique characteristics of this municipality.

White Tempranillo has two particularities that characterise it: on the one hand, its low productivity, even in young vineyards located on fertile soils and, on the other hand, and as a compensation, it is an extraordinarily versatile variety from which light, fresh wines with great aromatic intensity can be obtained, as well as other more mature wines with an important extract that would even admit to being aged in barrels.

Light straw color, of great aromatic intensity in which aromas of white flowers, bakery and spices are combined. On the palate it shows volume, firmness and a long finish.
