Fermentation at controlled temperature. Timely monitoring of the maceration. The malolactic fermentation and decanting were carried out in French and American oak barrels. 24 months in French and American oak barrels (barrels with a maximum use of 3 years). The bottle aging of our Reserves meets a minimum period of 5 years in the underground wine cellar of the winery to reach the optimum degree of maturation and roundness

VIEW: Vivid cherry color. High layer, with many long tears. Clean and bright. AROMA: Very powerful, expressive and lasting nose. The ripe red fruits with notes of tobacco, mount under alavés and vanilla stand out. MOUTH: The entrance is sweet, very nice and unctuous. Red fruits enhance tertiary aromas, such as tobacco, dried herbs and spices. This vintage is characterized by great intensity, good balance and fatty, aromatic and bulky passage in the mouth.
