Marqués de Cáceres Blanco Rioja White wine
Marqués de Cáceres Blanco Rioja has a short skin maceration of 2 to 4 hours before proceeding to a gentle pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is racked and kept on fine lees for a month to achieve its delicate volume. It is stabilized by cold treatment, thus avoiding malolactic fermentation in order to extract the freshness and intensity of its aromas. It is bottled between the months of December and February following the harvest.
REFINING IN THE BOTTLE: It does not require additional refining in the bottle as it is marketed in its full youth to enjoy the freshness and liveliness that the first two years provide.
Fresh and fruity Viura. Complex and suggestive nose with notes of melon on a discreet floral background. Lively and frank, its volume glides into the mouth with elegance and delicacy. A long tasting finish with great balance that invites you to savour it at all times.
