Manar dos Seixas White wine

This wine is a tribute to the Galician origins of David Seijas. His surname comes from the term Seixas, which in Portuguese means pigeon brava. Its shield is represented by 5 silver pigeons on a green background. The Ribeiro area is full of hot springs or burgas that flow from the ground. This wine represents the Manar of the Seixas.

Memories of: Lemon, vine peach, granny smith apple, Carballiño reeds, chamomile and jasmine. But the tasting is very personal.

Ourense has the reputation of treasuring the best octopuses and pulpeiras, and more specifically the town of Carballiño, so one can not leave the area if you taste an octopus with a Ribeiro.
