The Aeronaut is a Godello 100% on lees, it is the dream come true of an aviator who managed to combine his two great passions: flying and the vine. Sight: Bright and clean yellow.

Nose: Notes of white flowers intertwined with citrus and creamy touches from the lees.

Mouth: Intense, medium-bodied, glyceric and silky texture derived from aging on lees. Good structure, long wine with powerful acidity.

White meat and legume stews. Perfect with fish and seafood. Same with rice.
