Marqués de Cáceres Verdejo White wine

Made exclusively with own plots that surround the winery. The grapes, collected in an impeccable state of health, are subjected to a cooling process before proceeding to a soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, absent of oxygen. The fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures of between 15 and 17º C. Depending on the areas of the farm, different protocols are followed with different yeasts, to extract their full potential. Subsequently, the wine is kept with its fine lees and a careful refining work, until the moment of its stabilization and final bottling.

Elegant, subtle nose, shells the fragrance of white fruits with fine citrus notes.

Good attack and breadth in the mouth, the lively and tasty fruit reveals balance, freshness and a fine touch of grapefruit that provides a pleasant persistence.
