Magnum Viña Ardanza en Madera Red wine

Alcoholic fermentation took place naturally. Malolactic fermentation ended at the end of the year. In March 2011, the selected wines went into barrels, starting their aging separately: Tempranillo for 36 months, with six manual rackings and in American oak of 4 years of average age and Grenache for 30 months, with 5 manual rackings, in barrels of 2 and 3 wines. The final coupage was bottled in May 2015. Garnet red colour, medium high robe and cherry edge. On the nose it stands out for its fresh, spicy character, with notes of sweet cherries, blueberries and ripe strawberries with notes of black pepper, sweet liquorice, nutmeg, coffee, vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth it is intense in flavors, balanced, with a soft freshness, pleasant structure and with fine and elegant tannins. Its finish is silky, with a good aftertaste and a broad finish. Lamb roasts, red meats, barbecues, big game, very seasoned fish stews, smoked and cured cheeses.
