Lustau Oloroso Pata de Gallina

Aged in a picturesque winery built more than 100 years ago in the historic center of Jerez. The solera of this exclusive and limited Oloroso is composed of 38 boots.

The term Pata de Gallina is used with the most unctuous and delicate olorosos of its category, those that by their characteristics are closer to a Palo Cortado.

Old gold color, with aromas of nuts and pipe tobacco. Very concentrated and intense in the mouth. It has nuances that are only found in the soleras of the oldest olorosos.

Ideal with red meats, game, stews and roasts. Perfect to close a meal accompanying a cheese board.
