Luis Cañas Familia Red wine

Luis Cañas Reserva Familia comes from vineyards over 45 years old. It is aged for 20 months in new barrels, 50% French oak and 50% American oak. Limited processing.

In view it is cherry red with a high layer. On the nose it is clean and with good intensity, hints of ripe fruit on a fine wood background. On the palate it is powerful, with balanced tannins and on the palate. Broad and persistent aftertaste.

The versatility of this wine allows us to savour its personality and character with classic roast lamb or suckling pig as well as large and small game stews. But it is also masterfully fused with mushrooms, truffles, dark chocolate, nuts, dishes with cream, spicy dishes... etc.
