The grapes ferment and macerate in low capacity stainless steel truncated conical tanks (7,000kg) for 20 days.
Aged in new barrels (French and American) for 14 months.
Remains in the bottle rack until perfect ripeness.
COLOUR: Intense cherry with no evolution in the ring.
NOSE: Complex, due to the selection of grapes and woods. Very spicy and balsamic, red fruits, vanilla tones and cinnamon background.
MOUTH: Elegant, harmonious and fresh. Well-integrated tannins and a long aftertaste.
