The grapes ferment and macerate in low-capacity stainless steel truncated conical tanks (7,000kg) for 20 days.
Aged in new barrels (French and American) for 14 months.
Remains in bottle until its perfect maturity.
COLOR: Intense cherry without evolution in the ring.
NOSE: Complex, due to the selection of grapes and woods. Very spicy and balsamic, red fruits, vanilla tones and cinnamon background.
MOUTH: Elegant, harmonious and fresh. Well-integrated tannins and long aftertaste.
