Laya Red wine
Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell grapes come from vineyards in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1,000 meters of altitude, planted in sandy soils with a high concentration of limestone at its base.
Grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then remain 4 months in French oak barrels.
Peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure and an intense red colour coated cherry. Elegant, fresh and complex nose where you can appreciate ripe fruit and floral notes. Pleasant and fresh entry in the mouth, balanced and with sweet although youth, unctuous and enveloping tannins, with an original and interesting step by mouth and a long finish.
Ideal for accompanying rice with game meat and sweet, stewed vegetables, mushrooms, hunting and bird, casseroles, seafood sauce, smoked, cured and blue cheeses, white and red meat grilled and barbeque.
