Ternario 2 - Garnacha Tintorera Organic wine

Made in an ecological territory, with organic processes, respecting the character of our vineyards as much as possible.

This wine reflects the potential of the Venta la Vega Ecological Territory. Made

100% with the oldest Grenache Tintorera (around twenty years), after a manual harvest in boxes, it offers us a certain interpretation of our land.

Ternario 2 has been refined for six months in French oak barrels and small fudres.

Cherry red color and covered layer.

Abundant nose, exhibits fresh red fruit with smoky and mineral notes. Over time it develops aromas of Mediterranean undergrowth, spices and black strawberries.

It enters fresh and silky, giving way in the mouth to well melted tannins, fresh acidity and tasty fruitiness. It shows notes of black liquorice, graphite and spices in the background.

Manchego gazpachos, red meats, game meat (pigeon, partridge), sausages, all kinds of rice.
