Las Moradas de San Martín Las Luces - Libro Diez Red wine

Aging: malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, on lees, naturally, for 12 months. The wine continues to be aged in the same barrels for 9 more months. It is bottled without filtering or clarifying.

Clean, bright and high-layer cherry red with maroon trim. On the nose the varietal Grenache is presented with a lot of complexity in terms of slightly sweet aromas of blackberry jams, prunes, orange blossom, licorice and cocoa with a variety of wild aromatic plants and a mineral background. In the mouth it is lively, elegant, spacious and structured, with a prolonged and deep persistence that makes it very personal.
