Lan Xtreme Organic wine

PREPARATION: Manual harvest in small baskets during September. Subsequent selection by bunch and by grain in double table. Alcoholic fermentation (FA) with yeasts from the grape in a semi-conical tank with continuous pumping over for 2-3 weeks to obtain an optimal extraction of color. After FA, the wine was discovered and this bleeding was taken to new French oak barrels where it underwent malolactic fermentation (FM), which took place spontaneously.

Likewise, the elaboration in the cellar is respectful to the maximum; no additives of any kind are added to the must or wine, except for a small amount of sulfur to prevent oxidation and unwanted microorganisms.

CRIANZA: For 14 months in new French oak barrels, followed by at least 9 months of refining in the bottle. The barrels used for organic wine can only be new or have stored organic certified wine for at least one year.

Intense garnet color with a high layer. Intense aromas of blueberries, very ripe red fruit, plums and dried apricots. Hints of liquor and vanilla, cinnamon and resin.

Structured, wide and tasty mouthfeel.

Red meats, smoked meats and soft cheeses.
