The winemaking process begins with meticulous handpicking in small baskets during September, ensuring only the finest grapes are selected. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a semi-conical tank using indigenous yeasts, with continuous pump-overs for 2 to 3 weeks. Following fermentation, the free-run juice is transferred to new French oak barrels for the spontaneous malolactic fermentation, showcasing the winery's commitment to a natural approach without unnecessary additives, except for a minimal dose of sulfur to prevent oxidation.

This wine is aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels, with a mandatory refinement period of at least 9 months in the bottle, allowing the complex flavors to develop fully. The rigorous standards for ecological wines mean that only new barrels or those previously used for organic-certified wines are utilized during this process.

Lan Xtreme presents an intense garnet color with a high depth, immediately captivating the senses with its powerful aromas of blueberries, very ripe red fruits, plums, and dried apricots.
