Lalama Red wine

Lalama has been aged for 20 months on its lees, 65% in French oak barrels of 300 liters of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and 35% in foudres of 45 and 25 hectoliters. The wine has remained in the bottle for 14 months before leaving the cellar. It has been bottled without filtering or stabilizing. Solid waste may be found. It is advisable to decant.

Intense cherry color. Aroma red fruit, wilted flowers, toilet herbs. Tasty mouthful, spicy, ripe fruit

Grilled meats, fish with sauce, flavored salads.
