Capricho de Merenzao - Ponte da Boga

Only from a unique terroir like that of the Alais vineyard could a wine so passionately different be born, where finesse, personality and intensity give rise to our Capricho.

Destemmed and crushed grapes, fermentation for about 10 days with gentle pump-overs, followed by maceration for about 8 to 10 days.

It continues malolactic fermentation and aging for 10 months in second and third use French oak barrels. # -
