Manual harvest in boxes of 10 Kg. Manual selection of clusters in vineyards and in the winery. Destemming. Grain-to-grain selection. Prefermentative maceration of 2 days. Fermentation in open barrels of 500 liters of French oak. Manual bazookas. Malolactic fermentation in 500 L. CRIANZA barrels. 17 months in French barrels of various uses. Stabilized with the cold of winter. Aging in bottle for a minimum of 16 months. Solid waste can be found. Ruby red colour with maroon trim. Medium-high robe. Clean. On the nose there are aromas of ripe black fruit along with spicy, smoky, herbaceous and coffee notes. It's a complex wine. On the palate it is a fresh wine, with a good acidity and ripe tannins. Notes of black fruit along with spicy and mineral notes. Persistent finish.
