A small amount is racked to French Fûts de 500 litres and the rest of the wine makes the malolactic fermentation and aging in tank of cement until the time of bottling, where it is mixed about a small percentage of bobal's 6 months of barrel with wine aged in cement.
Middle layer garnet red and purple edging. Nose of intense fragrance red fruits with a predominance of strawberries and a touch of floral violets followed by spicy notes, pepper and liquorice.
Mouth is elegant with fresh input and predominance of the pepper on a background of ripe fruits, strawberry and cherry. Balance between the fresh acidity and tannins firm but well polished give friendly and remarkable length and depth.
