Finca Terrerazo Organic wine

Aging: malolactic in barrel and 4 weeks of battonage. 21 months in French oak.
View: intense red cherry.
Nose: notes of black-red fruit and especially much freshness and vegetal notes predominate. Also notes balsamic, mint and scrubland characteristic of a controlled Bobal.
Mouth: tannins present, sweet and juicy, with great acidity, round now, wood does not mark the wine.
Hunting, t-bone steak, braised meats, stews of spoon, suckling pig or lamb to oven, cheeses, marmitako, manchego gazpacho.
