El Predilecto Red wine

The favorite, made with grapes from old vineyards located in the highest parts of the Ebro Valley.

35% Tempranillo from the highest area of Samaniego and 65% Garnacha del Alto Najerilla.

Tempranillo and Garnacha are vinified separately. Destemmed 100%, but not squeezed.

Cold fermentation with native yeast. Short maceration.

Subsequently the two wines are assembled and pass to a period of refinement in concrete where it remains for about 5 months.
