Jean León Vinya Gigi Chardonnay White wine

Jean León Vinya Gigi Chardonnay is made through fermentation and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle.

Yellow with light straw tones. On the nose it is intense, highlighting first the aromas of barrel aging (vanilla, toasted and light toffee), then floral notes (acacia) and the fruit provided by the variety (apricot, pineapple...). On the palate it is fresh, round and slightly spicy (cinnamon) on a fruity background (plum) with toasted notes (hazelnut and burnt sugar). Long and persistent aftertaste.
