Jean León Vinya Gigi Chardonnay White wine

Fermentation and ageing for 6 months in barrels of French oak, followed by aging in the bottle.

Yellow in colour with light straw tones. In the nose it is intense, stressing first the aromas of ageing in oak barrels (vanilla, toasted and light toffee), below are floral notes (acacia) and the fruit which brings variety (apricot, pineapple...). On the palate it is fresh, round and slightly spicy (cinnamon) over a fruity background (plum) with notes of toasted (Hazel and burnt sugar). Long and persistent aftertaste.
