Harveys Vors Oloroso

VORS aged wine qualified and certified by the Sherry Regulatory Council, which guarantees that they have been aged for at least 30 years. This wine is subjected to a strict selection that gives rise to only a thousand bottles of 50 cl of each one of them, representing Harveys as truly exceptional wines, which accumulate gold medals and special prizes. Its Solera system was established in 1909. Grapes carefully selected from Pago de Macharnudo. Grape variety: 90 percent Oloroso and 10 percent Pedro Ximénez.

Visual phase: intense and bright mahogany color with certain reddish reflections. Olfactory phase: complex and powerful on the nose, we are seduced by its warm aromas, hints of dried fruit such as walnuts, nuances of toasted and spicy notes that evoke the truffle and leather. Tasting phase: in the mouth it is round, balanced and enveloping, with a very long persistence.

Its strong personality and intensity make it a perfect companion to red meat and game.
