Harveys Amontillado

Soleras system, in two phases, in principle with biological aging and later without the veil of flower, all in American oak boots of 500 L capacity.

It presents a bright topaz color, with aromas of long aging in which a great harmony and a background of nuts has been achieved. The palate is sharp attenuated, full of nuances and with magnificent presence in the mouth. It is very dry, vigorous, very long and with an elegant finish.
