Gómez Segura Vendimia Selecciónada Red wine

Gómez Segura Vendimia Seleccionada is a wine with Rioja designation of origin and made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days. Subsequently, it continues for 5 – 8 days with the daily pump-overs. Finally, it goes into new French oak barrels for 6 months and then into the bottle where it is finished rounding.

Deep dark cherry red dress, with good layer, clean and shiny. Light aromas of ageing with a predominance of fresh fruit. On the palate, well-integrated acidity, with a broad finish and intense flavors.

Suitable to accompany very tasty fish, fine charcuterie (Iberian), all kinds of roasted meats, grilled stews, foie gras, sirloins, duck, partridge, feather game, main and cured dishes.
