Elaboration: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 24 days at 27ºC. Malolactic in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: This wine has been aged for 14 months in barrels (9 months in New Oregon American oak and 5 months in 1-year-old French Allier oak).

Large cherry red wine with violet sparkles.

The aromas remind us of berries such as blackberries, blueberries and strawberries intertwined with strong hints of black stones, graphite, hummus, wet earth, undergrowth, toast and smoke.

On the palate it is powerful, serious, fleshy, with abundant tannins that prepare it for life.
