El Triángulo Red wine

The grapes are selected at the table and then vinified in stainless steel and open barrels for approximately 30 days in a very static process, with few remontados we try to respect the softness and elegance of the variety to the maximum. Finally the wine has an aging of about 5 months in wood of 5 years of use and an additional aging of 15 months in deposit before being bottled.

The nose is very spicy, highlighting the black pepper with hints of blackberries and cherries. In the mouth it is soft with a step marked by freshness. It is very gastronomic due to the coastal verticality, being able to pair with very fatty meals.

Game meats, with country herb sauces that complement the spice character of the tintilla. Pork such as feather or prey also pair well with the acidic structure of the tintilla, which cleanses the mouth and refreshes heavy fatty sensations.
