This wine comes from grapes harvested and selected by hand from a single parcel of our farm, located at 992 meters above the sea level.

PRODUCTION: 12-15 days, temperature maceration fermentation at 22 ° C. Realization of FML. Parenting Act natural Lees 2 months in tank and then 7 months in French Allier oak barrels (40%) and American (60%), roasted medium in both cases.
Visual: clean, bright. Red cherry with violet hues, middle layer.
Olfactory: intense Aroma, with a predominance of fruits reds and violets well assembled with the notes of the two types of oak.
Taste: nice entry, medium, very fresh and persistent body.
