992 Finca Río Negro Red wine

This wine comes from grapes harvested and selected by hand from a single parcel of our farm, located at 992 meters above the sea level.

Vineyard trellis, simple Royat cord. The soils are poor, the first layer is clay and limestone bedrock. There is presence of Boulder and its ph is acid.

PRODUCTION: 12-15 days, temperature maceration fermentation at 22 ° C. Realization of FML. Parenting Act natural Lees 2 months in tank and then 7 months in French Allier oak barrels (40%) and American (60%), roasted medium in both cases.

Visual: clean, bright. Red cherry with violet hues, middle layer.

Olfactory: intense Aroma, with a predominance of fruits reds and violets well assembled with the notes of the two types of oak.

Taste: nice entry, medium, very fresh and persistent body.
