Dominio del Bendito - El Primer Paso Red wine

Dominio del Bendito El Primer Paso comes from grafted and ungrafted vineyards, 60% between 15 and 40 years of age and 40% over 45 years old, from Tinta de Toro in small plots located in one of the historic and most famous plots of Toro, La Jara and in the heights of Valdefinjas.

Deep purple color with violet hues. Powerful nose of blackberry, blackberry, black fruits. When oxygenated, it exhales complex aromas of red and black fruits, vanilla, cocoa, cherry and coffee. On the palate, it is marked by intense and deep fruit, with aromas of red fruits. Balanced, with firm but round tannins and a long, harmonious and relatively fresh finish. Future: Between five and eight years minimum, depending on the vintage. It will lose in opulence but will gain in bouquet, less tannic load and more freshness. A mineral touch will also increase.
