Cuatro Rayas 40 Vendimias (Magnum) White wine

Vineyards in glass over 40 years old. Fermentation in stainless steel tank after maceration in the press for 5 hours at 10º. Aged and removed 5 months on its fine lees in deposit. Fermentation temperature 15º. Fermentation duration 21 days.

Pale yellow color lemony with greenish tones. Nose: intense and clean with a strong aroma of traditional verdejos, fennel, low forest and spring background. Very well harmonized. Mouth: it is fatty and long with a lot of structure and great persistence. It is very mellow at the entrance.

Rice, pasta, fish and white meat. Due to its structure it could perfectly withstand a meat stew.
