12 months in unsweasted new French oak barrels (steam tamed), where periodic suspension is performed on lees (battonage), to maintain the fruitiness, complexity, unctuousness and longevity of the wine.

Respecting the fruity and floral aromas of the variety, the aging on fine lees in barrel provides, together with the characteristic freshness of the vineyard in height of Finca Carbonera, an extraordinary and persistent unctuousness and aromatic complexity, combining notes of orange blossom and honey with delicate aroma of vanilla.

Good accompaniment of hunting, red meat and veal.
