M by Carlos Moro is a wine made with Tempranillo from different land located 600 meters of altitude on soil clay mostly franco, with ages ranging from 25 to 80 years.
The harvest is manual with boxes of less than 12 kg capacity, with a double table selection (cluster and grain). Start the alcoholic fermentation in vats of stainless steel at a controlled temperature (26 ° C), to finish in oak vats, where it also makes the malolactic fermentation. It is 12 months in new French and American oak barrels.
