Canasta Cream Sweet wine

Canasta Cream is a quality liqueur wine produced in Spain, a generous aged liqueur wine, with Denomination of Origin, Jerez – Xérès – Sherry, Oloroso Dulce or "Cream" in Anglo-Saxon terms.

Very clean dark amber colour with ochre trim. Intense nose with caramel, garlache nougat and aromas of wood. On the palate it is pleasant and sweet, there are raisins, again caramel, memories of nuts and a very good salinity. There you can see the PX. It is immersive and intense, well balanced and of remarkable aftertaste.

It is a good companion to not very sweet desserts and wonderful with ice cream.
