Palomino 86% and PX 14%
Very dark amber color with ocher rim. Intense nose with caramel, guirlache nougat and wood aromas. The palate is pleasant and sweet, there are raisins, candy again, memories of nuts and a very good salinity. There you can see the PX. It is enveloping and intense, well balanced and of remarkable aftertaste.
It is a good companion of desserts not very sweet and wonderful with ice cream.
