Pedro Ximénez VORS 1 730, is the perfect combination of sweetness and freshness, a wine with density and complexity, the result of an aging of more than 30 years in American oak barrels. With an exquisite raisin flavor, this Pedro Ximenez also mixes notes of roasted sugar and coffee. Very sweet, without becoming cloying, it becomes an ideal choice as a dessert pairing.

Colour: Mahogany with a very pronounced tearing due to its high density.

Nose: It is an abyss of aromas, raisin nose, dates, dried figs with cedar perfume, bouquet, cloves and nuts.

Mouth: It is sweet without being cloying, warm and velvety. It has an exquisite raisin flavour with notes of coffee and wood, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Great persistence in the mouth.

Pair with blue cheeses (cabrales, gorgonzola or roquefort) and desserts such as vanilla ice cream, cheesecake with red fruits. Dark chocolate is the perfect ally.
