Baigorri Blanco Fermentado en Barrica is a white wine made with bunches of the Viura variety and Malvasia. All the grapes have been destemmed and selected by hand, grape by grape, using selection and vibration tables. It was macerating for a few hours with its skins and then went to the press. The must then goes to a clarification that allows the solid remains in suspension to be discarded and the must is clean.

Fermentation and ageing was carried out in new French oak barrels, together with its lees, regularly beaten for 6-8 months. Its alcohol content is 13.50. It is recommended to take it fresh.\tThe specific toasting of the wood allows you to enjoy this great wine without waiting for a long aging in barrels, avoiding oxidation as much as possible. Its passage in the mouth is unctuous and of great aromatic richness. Ageing on lees gives it relevant personality and elegance.

Golden and intense color on the nose, highlighting the aromas enhanced by its time in barrel with its lees. The fruity and balsamic sensations stand out. On the palate it is unctuous, elegant and complex, very balanced. Long and intense finish.

Wine especially suitable for any type of fish. Due to its preparation and structure, it can be combined even with light poultry such as chicken, turkey, partridges, duck... and the different ways of making them. It is a wine specially selected for cheese-based aperitifs,
