Baigorri Blanco Fermentado en Barrica White wine
White wine made with bunches of the Viura and malvasia variety. All the grapes have been destemmed and selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection and vibration tables. He spent a few hours of his skins and then went to the press. The must then goes to a clarification that allows to discard the solid remains in suspension and keep the must clean. Fermentation and aging was carried out in new French oak barrels, together with its lees, being whisked regularly for 6-8 months. Its alcoholic strength is 13.50. It is recommended to take it fresh.\tThe specific toasting of the wood allows to enjoy this great wine without waiting a long aging in barrels, avoiding as much as possible its oxidation. Its palate is unctuous and of great aromatic richness. The ageing on lees gives it relevant personality and elegance. Golden and intense nose colour, highlighting the aromas enhanced by its stay in barrels with its lees. Fruity and balsamic sensations stand out. On the palate it is unctuous, elegant and complex, very balanced. Long and intense finish. Wine specially indicated for any type of fish. For its elaboration and its structure allows to combine even light poultry meats such as chicken, turkey, partridges, duck... and the different ways of making them. It is a wine specially selected for appetizers based on cheeses, Iberian boards and nuts.
