4 Monos Cien Lanzas Red wine

4 Monos Cien Lanzas comes from vineyards up to 100 years old where decomposed granite soils predominate. The harvest is carried out manually, and the vinification is carried out through spontaneous fermentation with whole stems.

Spontaneous fermentation with whole grapes without destemming in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent aging for 12 months in used 500 L French barrels and 5,000 L foudre.

Appearance: Ruby cherry color.

Nose: The bouquet features fruit aromas with some wild notes.

Mouth: On the palate it stands out for its amazing structure.
