4 Monos Cien Lanzas

This wine comes from vineyards up to 100 years old where decomposed granite soils predominate. The harvest is done manually, and the vinification is done through a spontaneous fermentation with whole scrape.

Spontaneous fermentation with whole grapes without destemming in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent aging of 12 months in used French barrels of 500 L and foudre of 5,000 L.

Nose: In the bouquet there are aromas of fruit with some wild notes.

Mouth: In the mouth it stands out for its amazing structure.
