Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and almost three years of bottle rest and from absolutely organic viticulture

Bright color of deep intensity, reflecting its attractive ruby tones. In the glass you can see how light purple shades appear, the result of their stay in wood. On the nose it shows a marked expressiveness, notes of berries, such as blackberry, and a tremendously fresh minty character. Smoky and spicy memories are intertwined and an evocative truffle background with a slight hint of leather and hunting. On the palate, there is a striking sweet note at the beginning –which transfers a strong personality– and the pleasant silkiness that it leaves behind. During its journey it is balanced, fresh and prolonged, leading to a persistent and attractive finish.
