Viore Garnacha Tinta

Viore Garnacha Tinta is a wine with Toro designation of origin and made with Garnacha Tinta grapes. The soils in which the sites are located range from sandy clay to others with a gravelly composition, both types of soil allow 100% expression of the varietal character of Garnacha de Toro.

The harvest, both mechanical and manual, is carried out taking into account the zonal diagnosis and is organised in search of the coolest temperatures (below 20 degrees), to guarantee the primary aromas of the Grenache.

Classic production with destemmed and crushed grapes, very controlled fermentation and maceration. Aged lightly for 4 months in new American oak barrels.

To the eye, it has a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose, it displays an intense fruity palette of red fruits that subtly give way to the notes of aging. On the palate, it is reminiscent of a red fruit treat with hints of vanilla. It has a voluminous skeleton and fine tannins. Its mid-palate is elegant, fluid, fresh and very aromatic.
