The lands in which the places are located range from clay-sandy to others with a cascajosa composition, both types of soil allow to express 100% the varietal character of the Grenache.
The harvest, both mechanical and manual, is carried out taking into account the zonal diagnosis and is organized looking for the coolest temperatures (below 20 degrees), to guarantee the primary aromas of the Grenache.
Classic elaboration with destemmed and crushed grapes, fermentation and maceration very controlled. Light aging for 4 months in new American oak barrels.
In sight it looks a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose, it displays an intense fruity palette to red fruits that subtly open the way to the notes of aging. In the mouth, it is reminiscent of a red fruit treat with hints of vanilla. Bulky skeleton and fine tannins. Its step is elegant, fluid, fresh and very aromatic.
