Viña Zorzal Garnacha Blanca White wine

Viña Zorzal Garnacha Blanca is a wine with the Navarra designation of origin, it is a varietal project of this variety that has almost disappeared in Navarre and that has been rescued in Fitero.

Early harvest to avoid high alcohol content, small maceration with the skins, gentle pressing, fermentation of the free-run must and mixed ageing in a 1,200-litre Flextank and 500-litre new French oak barrels for 6 months.

Colour: Light and bright, medium intensity, greenish.

Aroma: Clean, medium intensity, aromas of lemon, pineapple, soft notes of honey.

Palate: Dry and fresh, voluminous, white fruits, mineral, long and refreshing finish.

All kinds of rice, pasta, vegetables, fish and soft meats.
