Viña Tondonia Red wine

Viña Tondonia Reserva is a red wine with Rioja designation of origin and made with Tempranillo (75%), Garnacho (15%), Graciano and Mazuelo (10%) grapes, from our own vineyards.

It has a barrel ageing of 6 years, subjected to 2 racks per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites.

Aging in bottle: The rest, bottled unfiltered, in bottles of 75 and 37.5 cl.

Sausages, White meats, Grilled red meats, Civet, Feather hunting, Mushrooms, Semi-cured cheeses, Iberian Acorn Ham.
