Viña Pomal 37.5 cl. Red wine
Viña Pomal is characterized by a rather traditional vinification: after destemming and squeezing, a moderately long maceration takes place and, after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines are transferred and slightly clarified to pass them to barrels.
The wine spends 18 months in American oak barrels, 20% new. During this time, 3 racks are carried out to clarify the wine naturally, thus avoiding the need for subsequent treatments. After passing through the barrel, the wine will remain in the bottle for at least two years before going on the market.
Cherry maroon with tile reflections. Elegant and intense. On the nose it reveals red fruits and notes of licorice along with aromas of aging. It is soft, round and balanced
Perfect complement to dishes containing vegetables or legume stews. Also suitable for meat or vegetable rice, moderately strong cheeses, duck and oily fish.
