This special edition is the result of a selection of 106 barrels made by Alejandro López, winemaker at Bodegas Bilbaínas. Aged 20 months in French and American oak barrels (Reserve). The design of the label has recovered the same blue color Bilbao, city that gives its name to Bodegas Bilbaínas.
Cherry color with garnet trim of medium-high intensity.
On the nose spicy notes of licorice and black fruits, violet and fennel flowers. Mineral background with notes of chocolates and fine woods (cedar).
In the mouth structured and tasty wine, with great persistence and balance.
It is the perfect complement to spoon dishes, grilled meats and cured cheeses.
