Alcoholic fermentation in French Oak tubs of 6,500 liters. of capacity, where it will also carry out the malolactic fermentation. Aging in Bordeaux borricas of 225 liters for 24-28 months combining new barrels (225 liters) of French Oak and Eastern Oak. Bottle aging for at least 18 months.
