o Monastrell Red wine

Brut o Monastrell is a red wine from the joint project of Imanol Arias, Juan Gil and the Murcian creative Jorge Martínez.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a maximum temperature of 25ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, it is transferred to French and American oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.

Aged for between 20 and 24 months in French and American oak barrels.

Appearance: Intense cherry red colour with garnet and high-layer reflections.

Nose: Forceful, with notes of ripe black fruit and roasted and chocolate notes.

Palate: Enveloping, with liqueur notes and a long, balanced aftertaste.

Mediterranean rice dishes, roasted chicken with dill and tuna tartare.
